Postal Annex+ 4S Ranch Village received a “100% Club” special recognition, after getting perfect scores in the three specific categories (telephone inquiry, on-site visit, and store appearance).

The service surveys were conducted by “mystery shoppers” visiting Postal Annex+ centers in California, Colorado, Washington, Idaho, Texas, Indiana and New Jersey in late November and early December. “We are thrilled to receive the ‘100% Club’ designation for the 4S Ranch location,” said Carolyn Sue McElhaney, new owner and manager of the local packing and shipping facility. “When we acquired the Postal Annex+ at 4S Ranch Village in mid-November, we made customer service a priority — and we’re excited to receive such recognition.”
