Traditional family homes offering more expansive floor plans, larger lot sizes and the new “Del Sur Room” will debut Saturday, March 19, at Del Sur, the San Diego master-planned community off Camino Del Sur, just north of state Highway 56.

Milestones at other Del Sur neighborhoods will be celebrated March 19 as well. The Sentinels by Davidson will release four homes in Phase 3A, and model homes will become available at Madeira by Shea Homes. At Pasado at Del Sur by William Lyon Homes just six homes remain available in the neighborhood. Mandolin by Shea Homes will offer special Incentives starting March 19.

In addition to model home tours, prospective homebuyers will celebrate the completion of two new parks in the community with family fun activities and refreshments.

• Kristen Glen Park activities will include kite decorating, kite flying and remote-control sailboats. This new neighborhood park at Del Sur features the community’s first lap pool as well as a handcrafted stone labyrinth.

• Old Stonefield Park will have doggy yoga classes as well as an obstacle course for canines. Dogs are welcome at Old Stonefield Park, where final touches are being made for an off-leash dog park. The neighborhood park also includes a swimming pool and playground with swings.

• Spreckels Park activities March 19 will include hamster ball races, a climbing wall and traditional park games such as bocce ball, croquet and ping pong.
