Dream Dinners Solana Beach
For busy families, meal planning, grocery shopping and cooking daily meals can be an overwhelming task. “Dream Dinners is all about making it easier for families to enjoy dinner together – less work, less stress, less cost and more fun! Unlike dinner delivery services and take-out options, we offer truly homemade dinners. Our guests prepare their own meals, adjusting the recipes for their families’ preferences and dietary needs,” explained Kate Rusinek, owner of Dream Dinners Solana Beach. At Dream Dinners, meal ingredients are brought together in one location, and twelve meals can be prepared in approximately one hour. “This means that our guests know what’s for dinner at least three nights out of the week for the entire month,” said Kate.
“ Our ingredients are fresh and of the highest restaurant quality. We locally source our produce whenever possible.
Also, many of our recipes can be adjusted for vegetarian diets. ”

Each month, the Dream Dinners menu changes, offering new recipes and past favorites including chicken, beef, fish, pork and vegetarian options. “Our ingredients are fresh and of the highest restaurant quality. We locally source our produce whenever possible. Also, many of our recipes can be adjusted for vegetarian diets,” stated Marcia Slaton, Store Manager. She also points out that if guests are too busy to come into the store and prepare their own meals, Dream Dinner offers a “Made for You” option, where store staff members prepare the meals and have them available for pick-up. There is also a freezer in the store with a variety of side dishes, desserts and ready-to-cook meals.
In addition to helping families come together during the dinner hour, Dream Dinners Solana Beach is also committed to giving back to the local community. “We typically provide donations for twenty to thirty silent auctions and fundraisers each year, and as a member of the Solana Beach Chamber of Commerce, we participate in many of the events they sponsor throughout the year,” revealed Kate. Dream Dinners will also have a booth at this year’s Fiesta del Sol on Saturday, May 31 and Sunday, June 1, 2014.
Dream Dinners Solana Beach hosts seasonal open houses on the first Tuesday of the month, offering samples of menu items and prize drawings. “We’ve also started offering after-school sessions for teachers and staff at our local schools, and we host private parties for showers, book clubs, supper clubs and other groups,” related Marcia. She encourages all those interested in finding out more about Dream Dinners to call them at 858-350-4546, email them at firstname.lastname@example.org, or visit www.dreamdinners.com.
