Carol has been a docent at the preserve for over 15 years. She is president of the Friends of Goodan Ranch, president of the Santee Historical Society, and secretary of the Poway Historical and Memorial Society. She is also the author of the book Goodan Ranch and Sycamore Canyon: A History of the Land, Then and Now, copies of which will be available for sale after her talk.
