4S Ranch resident Heather Riley recently stepped up to serve as president of the San Diego County Bar Association (SDCBA) for 2016. She’s previously led the association’s Environmental Law/Land Use section, chaired the SDCBA’s delegation to the California Conference of Bar Associations, co-chaired the Section and Committee Council, and co-chaired the Court Funding Action Committee, as well as serving on the Judicial Election Evaluation Committee.

“The SDCBA is the hub of San Diego’s legal community and the voice of our profession in San Diego County,” said Heather. “The SDCBA has a national reputation for being a forward-looking, progressive organization, and it is an honor to be able to serve my community in this capacity.”

Heather is a partner with Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP. Her practice focuses on land use and environmental matters, with a focus on writ litigation, and she has extensive experience with the California Environmental Quality Act.
