Wendi and Megan Change Lives Through American Pacific Mortgage
Buying a home and finding the right loan can be a complicated, confusing process. Luckily, trustworthy, experienced advisors are just a phone call away. “We treat the borrower as if they are learning through this, and we know this is an important and stressful endeavor,” said Wendi Allen, a sales manager at American Pacific Mortgage. As loan officers, she and her business partner Megan Beyl put their years of expertise to work for their clients. They specialize in all loan programs, from VA and FHA to conventional and jumbo. They also offer bank statement programs, bridge loans, and other unique products. “No borrower’s situation is above or below us, either,” Wendi added. “Just like family, we have our clients’ backs, and we’ll find a solution if there is one. That is a promise.”
Wendi has been in the mortgage business since 2009. “I moved quickly to a top producer and was the only female loan officer in the mix of about 20 male loan officers,” she explained. “I was promoted to processing manager where I led the team for about two years and processed about 200 applications a month as a company record.” Her growth led her to join American Pacific Mortgage as an independent loan officer in February 2018.
“I began in the mortgage business in 2003 where I met my husband and we started our own mortgage company,” Megan shared. She also swiftly became a top producer as the only female loan officer in the company. She took time to stay at home with her three kids, but couldn’t resist the drive to return to the industry. “As my children have grown, I decided to join my dear friend Wendi with purchasing and refinancing homes,” she said. “Being such a big part of the community has always been my passion. I love to help people in any way possible.”

Their friendship, experience, and passion let them provide comprehensive, cutting-edge service with a personal touch. “We have figured out what works and how to close loans quickly and smoothly,” Wendi said. “There is a lot that goes into closing a loan and it can be quite stressful, but most of our clients leave not feeling much of that because we handle it in an active manner, not a reactive one.”
