Keep your child inspired this summer! Carlsbad’s Pacific Ridge School is offering a variety of enriching programs and intensives that will give your child an opportunity to explore their interests and pursue their passions. Programs for children in middle through high school will run from mid-June through early August.

In the Firebird Program, for students entering fifth through ninth grade, campers can dive into morning and afternoon elective sessions filled with hands-on, project-based learning. Camps include a variety of exciting science, technology, writing, and art experiences such as 3D printing, digital photography, computer programming, engineering, theater, and creative writing. Participants can attend the morning session, afternoon session, or both!

Academic Workshops build confidence and inspire creativity in middle and high school students. Offerings include essay writing, an algebra refresher course, workshops in life and academic skills, and an AP Chemistry intensive.

High School Intensives provide the opportunity to explore exciting projects and studies at a deeper level. Options include one- and two-week programs to design and build a camera, print 3D rockets, write poetry, explore fashion and entrepreneurship, practice advanced photography, and experience an Open Source Hardware Microfactory.
