Local residents are invited to assist in a trash clean up effort from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, June 5 near Rancho Bernardo Community Park and the bicycle/pedestrian bridge at Lake Hodges.
San Diego City Councilman Carl DeMaio is coordinating the event. Participants should meet at the Rancho Bernardo-Glassman Recreation Center, 18448 W. Bernardo Drive. Call 619-236-6655 for more information.

RB Alive! street fair in Rancho Bernardo will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday along Bernardo Center Drive, featuring free entertainment, a classic car show and about 200 vendor booths.
